🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Magic Blossoms Studio, we want you to love your new artwork! Since all items are custom-manufactured on demand, please review our guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or broken during transit (e.g., a cracked mug or torn sticker), we will replace it at absolutely no cost to you!
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item/printing error.
- We will fast-track a brand-new replacement to be printed and shipped to you immediately.
Sizing, Change of Mind, & Cancellations
- Cancellations: Because our automated printing system begins processing your order almost immediately, we can only cancel or modify an order within 2 hours of purchase.
- Exchanges/Returns: Because every item is custom-made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please double-check our apparel sizing charts and product descriptions before finalizing your purchase.
